We will happily ship legal highs and herbal drugs world-wide, as well as cannabis seeds, water pipes & bongs and all manner of cannabis paraphernalia

Goods sent via standard delivery normally arrive within a few working days from date of posting however Royal mail can occasionally take longer.

Recorded Delivery is via 1st class post, it is not a guaranteed by a certain date or time delivery service. We recommend that if you want you order to arrive securely and faster you should select Special "Next working day" Delivery.

If you pay by credit card we will endeavor to send out your order the same day if ordered before 3:00pm Monday-Friday.

Please Note: We prefer to send out orders to the CARDHOLDERS ADDRESS, if you would like to have your order sent to another address other than the billing further security checks may apply. However we may not always be able to send orders to addresses other than the cardholders due to recent high levels of fraudulent transactions.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched, which will contain a tracking reference if the shipping method you have chosen allows for it. A signature will be required upon delivery for all services.

UK customers choosing Special Delivery will generally receive their order the next business day by 1pm. This is the quickest and most reliable service offered by Royal Mail. Compensation for lost or damaged items is available from the Royal Mail for £500.

UK 1st Class Recorded Delivery normally takes around 1-3 days but these times are not guaranteed and may sometimes take longer.
Recorded Delivery is shipped along with standard first class mail, however it requires a signature upon arrival.

We do recommend you choose Special Delivery if you want peace of mind and your order to arrive on time as Recorded Delivery is very unpredictable.

Saturday Guaranteed delivery by 1pm is available for our UK customers starting from £10.35. Orders must be placed by 3pm Friday for this option.

If we are unable to dispatch your order, you will be notified by e-mail with a reason. If an item is out of stock, we will give you the option to cancel your order and receive a refund, wait for the item to be back in stock or you can select an alternative item.

Please allow 15 working days from dispatch for your item to be delivered. In most cases orders are received within 2-3 business days. All parcels are dispatched via 1st class delivery but Royal Mail's service is unpredictable of late! If your parcel is lost or delayed, it’s very rare, but it does happen occasionally, it is the fault of Royal Mail not ours! If your order has not been received 15 working days after being sent (international customers, please allow 25 working days) please email us at [email protected] and we will look into it.

RETURNS:

In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within seven working days. This seven-day “cooling off” period begins on the day when you receive your purchase.

You can choose to cancel your order for any reason within this timeframe – even if you simply changed your mind.

We will offer you a refund or exchange within 30 days and the refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase.

This applies whether you bought goods via phone, fax, or mail order, as well as on the internet.

Although you have a right of refund or exchange, you will have to pay the postage costs of shipping goods bought online back to us.

After you receive your purchase you have up to 7 days to request a merchandise return. Please email to us to let us know your order number and what you would like to return. If we approve your return request, just pop the item in the mail to return to us via a registered method to obtain proof of postage. If the package is not received within 7 days of return approval, the return will be voided.

All return requests will be processed on an individual basis.

All decisions regarding returns are final.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened or used.

No returns are accepted for items that have been mistreated or misused.

Items cannot be returned after the 7 day period due to changing your mind.
